يتم شراء منتجات التسوق بشكل أقل. ايضًا يقارن المستهلكون عادةً سمات منتجات التسوق مثل الجودة والسعر والأناقة مع المنتجات الأخرى.  لذلك يتم اختيار منتجات التسوق بعناية أكبر، بالإضافة لذلك يقضي المستهلكون وقتًا أطول بكثير عند شرائها وذلك مقارنةً مع منتجات الراحة. أيضًا تتطلب منتجات التسوق بيعا وإعلانا شخصيا وتوجد في أماكن أقل مقارنة بمنتجات الراحة بحيث يتم توزيعها بشكل انتقائي. مثل تذاكر الطيران، والأثاث، والإلكترونيات. والملابس، والهواتف. وبالتالي تكون خصائص منتجات التسوق وفق مايلي:

  • يتم شراؤها بشكل أقل.
  • يكون شراؤها أيضًا بسعر متوسط.

المنتجات الاستهلاكية المتخصصة

المنتجات المتخصصة هي منتجات ذات خصائص فريدة أو تحديد العلامة التجارية. والمستهلك هنا على استعداد لبذل جهد خاص لشراء المنتجات المتخصصة.  عادة ما تكون المنتجات المتخصصة مرتفعة الثمن، ولا يستخدم المشترون الكثير من الوقت للمقارنة مع المنتجات الأخرى. أيضًا ينفق المشترون عادة المزيد من الجهد في شراء المنتجات المتخصصة مقارنة بأنواع المنتجات الأخرى. مثل سيارة فيراري هي منتج خاص. أيضًا السيارات الرياضية والملابس ذات التصميمات والعطور الغريبة والساعات الفاخرة واللوحات الشهيرة. وتكون بالتالي خصائص المنتجات المتخصصة وفق مايلي:

  • لها خصائص فريدة أو علامة تجارية.
  • أيضًا يتم شراؤها بشكل أقل.
  • بالإضافة لذلك أسعارها مرتفعة.
  • ونادرا ما تقارن بالمنتجات الأخرى.
  • ومن ثم تتوفر فقط في أماكن محددة أو خاصة.

المنتجات الاستهلاكية غير المطلوبة

المنتجات غير المطلوبة هي منتجات لا يشتريها المستهلكون عادة أو لا يفكرون في شرائها في ظل الظروف العادية.  لا يفكرون فيها حتى يحتاجونها. أيضًا فإنها تتطلب إعلانات قوية وبيعًا شخصيًا. بحيث تعتبر خواتم الألماس وخدمات الجنازات المخطط لها مسبقًا والتأمين على الحياة منتجات استهلاكية غير مطلوبة. وتكون خصائصها وفق مايلي:

  • لا تحتل المرتبة الأولى في أذهان المستهلكين.
  • أيضًا يتطلب بيعها جهودًا إعلانية وتسويقية مكثفة.

تصنيفات المنتجات الاستهلاكية

  • السلع المعمرة: هي سلع استهلاكية يزيد عمرها عن ثلاث سنوات ويتم استخدامها بشكل متكرر بمرور الوقت. تعتبر الدراجات والثلاجات من السلع المعمرة.
  • السلع غير المعمرة: تستهلك في فترة زمنية قصيرة، وتستخدم أيضًا لمرة واحدة فقط. وتشمل الأطعمة والمشروبات المعبأة أو منظفات الغسيل.
  •  الخدمات الخاصة: تشمل هذه المنتجات عناصر مثل إصلاحات السيارات وقصات الشعر التي تعتبر سلعا استهلاكية غير ملموسة.
  • سحب السلع: ويكون بطلب إعادة المنتج أو استبداله بعد أن تكتشف الشركة المصنعة أو مجموعة مراقبة المستهلك العيوب التي تؤثر على أداء المنتج أو تضر بالمستهلكين.

علاقة المنتجات الاستهلاكية ببعضها البعض

تتصنف المنتجات بمنتجات بديلة: وهي منتجات يمكن أن تحل محل بعضها البعض وبالتالي فهي منتجات تتنافس مباشرة فيما بينها، مثل القهوة والشاي مثلا. وأيضًا منتجات متكاملة: وهي السلع  الثانوية التي غالبا ما يتم إستهلاكها بسبب إستهلاك منتج آخر رئيسي، فهي منتجات تكمل هذا المنتج ومن امثلتها  الشاي والسكر أو السيارات والبنزين.

المعكرونة أو الباستا منتجات استهلاكية

يوجد العديد من أنواع وأشكال المعكرونة مثل الحلزوني والصدفي والاسطواني، مما يضمن لها شعبية ضخمة بين عدد كبير من الناس، فيحبها كل منهم وفقا لذوقه في تناول الطعام، وتصنف المعكرونة أيضًا ضمن أحد المعجنات الجافة، التي تصنع من القمح الصلب وفي بعض الأحيان قد تصنع من الأرز.

تحتل البطاطس المرتبة الثانية ضمن قائمة اكثر المواد الغذائية استهلاكا في العالم، حيث تعد من أكثر الخضراوات شيوعا، قد يكون السبب في ذلك هو أنها من أشهر الوجبات التي تحتوي على قيمة غذائية، كما أن هناك العديد من الطرق التي يمكن تحضيرها من خلالها.

  • البنود الرأسمالية: وهي السلع أو المنتجات المستخدمة لتصنيع السلع تامة الصنع، وتشمل التركيبات مثل المصاعد وأجهزة الكمبيوتر المركزية وما إلى ذلك والمعدّات مثل الأدوات اليدوية وأجهزة الكمبيوتر الشخصية.
  • خدمات ومستلزمات الأعمال: وهي السلع والخدمات الصناعية التي تسهل عملية التصنيع، وتشمل خدمات مثل الرسامين والفنيين والصيانة والإصلاحات، ومنتجات مثل مواد التشحيم والقرطاسية وما إلى ذلك.

ما هو مفهوم المنتجات الاستهلاكية

المنتجات الاستهلاكية: هي المنتجات التي يشتريها المستهلك النهائي للاستخدام المباشر، يقوم المستهلك بشراء هذه المنتجات الاستهلاكية لتلبية احتياجاته ورغباته الشخصية. أما المنتج: هو السلعة المعروضة للبيع، حيث من الممكن أن يكون المنتج خدمة أو عنصر، ومن الممكن أن يكون ماديا أو بشكل افتراضي أو إلكتروني، يتم تصنيع كل منتج بتكلفة ويتم بيع كل منتج بسعر، يعتمد السعر الذي يمكن تحصيله على السوق والجودة والتسويق والقطاع المستهدف، حيثُ أنّ لكل منتج له عمر إنتاجي يحتاج بعده للاستبدال، ودورة حياة بعد ذلك.
